Product Description iTrip - it's not just for iPod anymore. We call this one "auto" because it gets its power from your vehicle's 12 Volt accessory outlet. And we call it "universal" because it works with any portable audio device that has a standard 1/8" headphone jack (including CDs, MP3s, cassettes, and yes, even iPod). Additionally, the "Plus" in this iTrip model is the ability to charge your player by means of a built-in USB port. Plug in your player's USB charge/sync cable, and you get to listen to your tunes while you're traveling, and arrive with a fully-charged player.

good enough July 28, 2010 mr kyle I'm using this transmitter with a creative zen mozaic and it works pretty much exactly how i expected it to. It's dead simple and the only real complaint i have with it is the fact that it seems to distort bass as the volume goes lower or higher, though i've found the sweet spot to be right aroun 3/4 volume and then just adjust the stereo volume. other than that it works perfectly. the usb vs. ipod specific is nice b/c it means i can charge anything which can be charged via usb. One thing i've noticed is when i do charge my zen mozaic it doesnt seem to recognize its being charged, but i believe this is an issue with creative products, not the transmitter. overall it works for what i wanted and it was relatively cheap so im happy.
Decent July 28, 2010 M. Ogleari (COLLEGE) Decent FM transmitter. In some cars it gets perfect signals in other cars not so much. Sometimes it randomly loses signal for no reason. Recommend using on international frequency 87.9 or 87.7
Works fine! July 27, 2010 D. W. Moore (Portland, OR USA) I bought another Griffin product and really liked it. This is no exception. Very nice engineering. This is pretty elegant.

total crap July 23, 2010 Mayank Maheshwari (nyc) not even worth 1$
after trying all the settings possible
i get a lot of static and the best part is that the led display is all black after a couple of days of use
Doesn't work in big cities July 20, 2010 MF It doesn't work in big cities. I drove between LA and Las Vegas then to Sedona last month.
It worked fine.It sounds good.I only changed the frequency once. But in Las Vegas and in LA where there are many radio stations, it's hard to find right frequency for the transmitter.
