I have bought this and it broke within 3 months so I returned it and it broke again within 2 months. The second time when I was done charging I pulled out the plug and the inside thing came out with it so it can't recharge. Piece of crap.

this player is sold at Sears well The firmware died fast
player board also died fast
I sent it in and Coby refuse to service.
There is no tech support and Sears yelling at there own customers about all saels are final no exhcnages
Sers and Coby lost me as a customer.
there is no firmware download. its top secret only to Coby use only
if you think apple salso dose not have repair service
you buy Coby and Apple might as well put a your money in the fire and burn it

Had this item for 4 months, worked good from the start. After using it for 3 months it completely died. Charged it for at least 24hrs. and still nothing. Out of the blue it started working again, another month and it was dead again, this time for good. all the time spent downloading music and videos all for nothing, all lost. Don't waste your money. I'll never buy this brand again for anything.

I have had this player for over a month now. I have had my fair share of experience with Mp3 payers. This is probably the worst one that i have ever owned in terms of battery life. The battery life of this player is pathetic. It would dry out in a couple of days even when kept turned off. On full charge u can listen to 3-4 hrs of audio or Max 1 hr of video. But i would say that the screen is really good. Think twice before buying this player.

The player is completely unresponsive to buttons. No amount of resetting fixes it. So basically, Amazon is selling 60 dollar paper weights.
