I enjoy using my new Zen because it is easy to use and can play videos also. I am a heart transplant patient and I use it when I go for my biospies. The only thing that I wish it had would be a wrist strap to make it easy to carry.

This product overall does a good job.
Crystalizeer effect makes sense..
But tru bass is very faint and i could not observer the drastic change..

creative labs wrote the book on mp3 reproduction calling it their proprietary x-fi technology. the navigation could be easier to learn (it isn't all that hard) and the unit itself isn't anywhere near indestructible. it comes packaged with some earphones that Creative sells for $50 (model 850), and they sound absolutely fantastic!
when you buy this unit (you should; note the much-lower price), get a leather case for it, and enjoy the convenience of top-rated mp3 delivery for a long, long time.
