4 out of 5 stars ZEN xFi2 Armband   August 9, 2010
Budsy
This armband is handy, and I use it a lot, and would recommend it. It is not perfect, but you have to get a little nit picky to point out the little glitches. (1) It takes a while to learn to get the snuggness right on the band's velcro attachment and to become coordinated enough to do it one-handed. (2) It is wider than some other armbands I see, making it a little more visible (but some people like that anyway.). (3) With the silicon skin on the ZEN, it is a tighter fit in the band's pocket, but it works. This might, however, actually keep the player more secure in the arm band. (4) If you don't position it well on your arm, your clothing or movement may jostle the earphone plug/jack and cause drop outs in the sound. (5) The extra layer of clear plastic over the ZEN's touch screen makes finger control slightly less responsive.

3 out of 5 stars Good, but some design flaws   August 4, 2010
T. Kojfman
I bought this for my new Zen X-Fi in replacement of the Zen I had for about 3 years. The armband is okay but there are some flaws in the design:

1) It doesn't hold well to fabric, only skin, and even then it is better designed for the previous generation Zen as the power/lock slider is inconveniently located under on the back of the device, which is covered by fabric in the armband;

2) The "next"/ right directional button is partially blocked by the seam of the window of the armband, which prevents from skipping track efficiently;

3) It is a little frustrating to put on as the velcro is large enough to hold on to the other strap but is cumbersome to put on with one hand, as the other hand is getting strapped.

Part of the problem lies with the Zen X-Fi itself but is exacerbated by the band.

2 out of 5 stars Don't Buy This   February 7, 2010

This has no functionality, once you place your MP3 in it you can use the control, doesn't stay on your arm either.

2 out of 5 stars lose fitting   December 19, 2009
Renee Rice (D.C.)
the quality is not that good, it is not secure for bike riding and or exercising, still searching for one. In addition, once in the plastic sleeve it is not easy to change the song, very difficult.

4 out of 5 stars Nice gadget for you zen   December 15, 2009

THis is a really nice product for your zen when you are working out or just haing out on the street. you don't have to worry no more of where to put you player. the bad side of it its that mine doesn't fit my zen x-fi that well, the buttons stands over the bored of the case and sometimes makes its dificil so search or switch someds, turn up/down the volume.
