This is a great docking station. The sound is great and all the features are great, CD, Radio, USB, and Apple MP3 players. Works great with both my itouch and ipod nano!

I bought this item because I wanted a docking station that could play both CDs and my iPhone! It works great an has amazing sound quality. Every once and a while a message will appear on my iPhone saying that the iPhone is not supported by the device. However it will alwas play my music so it is a little annoying if anything. Otherwise this was worth ever penny!!

I bought one of the refurbished units at a significant discount and have been overall pleased.
Pros:
The FM radio reception is excellent. I live in a rural area where it is difficult to get most radio stations and this system pulls them in almost completely clear with the included antenna.
Sound is great. I have difficulty hearing, so maybe I just think it is great, but I very much like the sound quality.
Cons:
Setting the clock and alarm are not completely intuitive and the display/clock is difficult to read from a few feet away since it is backlit with tiny dots for the numbers, but otherwise the sound is great.
When selecting iPod as the source, it automatically starts playing the last selection without user input. That is annoying, but for the price of a refurbished system, I can't complain too much.
The play/pause button on the remote will not pause or play the iPod (for my my 1st generation iPhone).
I almost bought another one for the bedroom, but the display is too bright at night along with the difficult to see clock, I decided on something else for a second system. I would recommend this more for a living room, kitchen, etc. Definitely not as a primary alarm clock iPod system for a bedroom.

-ease of use, I only used USB so far.
-Simple elegant design.
cons:
-doesn't remember last folder/file played when powered on, have to navigate to the folder.
